Short CV - Sami Haddadin

Sami Haddadin was born 26.06.1980 in Neustadt am Rübenberge/Germany. Currently he is conducting his PhD. thesis at the Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). He studied Electrical Engineering at the Gottfried Wilhelm Leibnitz University of Hanover, the University of Oulu, and the Technical University of Munich. He graduated from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where he received both, the BSc. and the MSc. in Electrical Engineering. His Master thesis was "Evaluation Criteria and Control Structures for Safe Human-Robot Interaction".

Additionally, he graduated from TUM , where he received both, the BSc. and MSc. in Computer Science, which he began at Distance University Hagen (FUH). His Master thesis was "Towards the Human-friendly Robotic Co-Worker".

Furthermore, he holds an Honours degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) embedded in the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich (LMU), the Technical University of Munich (TUM), and the Elitenetwork Bavaria (ENB).
